The problem of mold creation often appears when houses are renovated because of the higher density of new windows. These have different sealing levels which cause lower values of joint opening and thus there is hardly any circulation of air when the window is closed. After the replacement of windows it is important to air the rooms regularly. The required airing of the house often is not possible because of absence of the owner, safety matters or inclement weather in winter. High energy costs are another reason why residents keep the windows closed.

We found a way to insure a constant, continuant necessary circulation of air. With our new Basic Air Plus^®, an independently working fan has been developed. It regulates the amount of air circulating in the house, depending on the specific requirements and needs. Thus it contributes to lower energy prices and more sanitary room conditions.
