At aluplast quality has a system … tested by the Technical Inspection Agency.

At aluplast we have always had high expectations for the quality of our products and customer service. Windows and doors of the aluplast profile IDEAL series 2000 to 7000 can be marked with a sign of the Technical Inspection Agency (ISO 9001) only after certain criteria have been achieved. The criteria are the following:

1. quality survey when goods leave the facilities

2. compliance with digestion and installation guide lines for aluplast window profiles, profile series IDEA 2000^® to 7000

3. signing of products by name plate or label

4. indication to mounting instruction

5. random inspection auditing through the Technical Inspection Agency and aluplast GmbH

It is self evident that we provide all necessary measures of quality assurance from the receipt of goods to their delivery. Yet quality is made by man. That is why we rely on a team with great experience when it comes to the planning and developing of new systems. Thus we can be sure that an overall striving for quality is also inherent in our future products and makes them successful.

We have a reason for these special claims: a company that wants to be successful and financially sound cannot allow itself to have deficiencies in quality. The tough competition in the window market forces all companies to spare expenses while at the same time meeting the ever increasing standards of quality and functionality . Many companies have problems because they have up until now relied only on their own department for quality assurance which often only reacts to customer complaints and thus acts passively. Suggestions for improvement end in discussion and do not result in action because no manager or head of department is willing to take on the necessary costs. Holding up an active and durable quality standard is not an easy task .

aluplast, in contrast, recognized the problem years ago and approached it seriously. We started early with the assignment of personnel in teams who have an equal contribution, independent of their position in the company. Thus we are able to discover and eliminate the causes of problems with quality. At the same time aluplast introduced a bonus system. The system pays the employee commensurate to the costs that are saved by their suggestion. aluplast thus was quickly able to spread a conscience of quality in the company that is very distinct and at the same time long-lasting and sustainable and helps to save costs.
